The T.H. Davis Aviation Center, also known as Aviation I, opened in 1989 to accommodate the growing Aviation Maintenance, Management, and Avionics Programs that had been running since 1970 at a smaller facility. This campus has 36,000 square feet of classroom and lab space, along with a 12,000 square foot hangar tied to the airport movement area. The facility serves over two hundred students per day in various Aviation degree programs but is the primarily home for Aviation Systems Technology (Maintenance).
The facility was renovated in 2016 and houses eight aircraft, a helicopter, and over 20 system trainers for the various labs held at the location.

Aviation II

Aviation II is a 60,000 square-foot building that contains seven classrooms, fourteen specialty laboratories as well as faculty office space. The campus not only serves as primary home for the Aviation Electronic (Avionics) Program, the AMQCP (Aviation Manufacturing Quick Careers Programs) programs, but also supports sheet metal, composites, and NDT labs for all programs. The campus serves over 100 students per day.
The facility is located within walking distance to nearly all of the Aviation manufacturing, MRO, and support industries at the Piedmont Triad International Airport.

Ceasar Cone II Aviation Building

Ceasar Cone II Aviation Building (formerly known as Aviation III), opened in 2014, sits on a 20-acre site adjacent to the Aviation II building and serves over 100 students per day. The campus is the primary home for our Aviation Management and Career Pilot programs and houses four full-motion flight simulators used by local industry for training and testing. The facility also serves as a focal point for industry conferences, training sessions, and safety seminars for Aviation.
The campus has room for growth with a master plan for a second building to share a master entrance and atrium area displays.
